A 'raw' Thanksgiving in 2007

So, I was on a raw food kick for awhile, and although i eventually had to go back to some of the foods I was missing the most, out of curiousity, I just had to attempt this 'raw' turkey recipe at my small 2007 Thanksgiving gathering.  The color is a bit unappetizing, but the taste...not bad.  My friend Katie was inspired to 'shape' the turkey.
