i have been a vegetarian for over 10 years and have had a passion for preparing food for about the same amount of time. although i like learning about all kinds of food, my passion is really for baking-especially vegan goodies! i have lived and studied in japan several times and have an affinity for japanese cuisine. beautiful and colorful, but one of the most challenging food genres to dabble in!
